Subject: [PATCH] fix: synthesizer commits all research files together

Researchers now skip commit step when spawned in parallel.
Synthesizer agent commits STACK.md, FEATURES.md, ARCHITECTURE.md,
PITFALLS.md, and SUMMARY.md in one atomic commit.
