Subject: [PATCH] Fix path replacement for ~/.claude to ~/.github (#1529)

* Fix path replacement for ~/.claude to ~/.github

The current rules miss replacing this path because the current rules look for the .claude directory with a trailing slash, which this does not have.

* Fix regex to replace trailing .claude with .github
