Tom Boucher	81d4b6d573	docs(#1010): document projects-sync as the first reference third-party capability (#1470) ... Add a worked example to the URL-import how-to showing how to install and enable the projects-sync ADR-1244 ecosystem capability (published at The-Artificer-of-Ciphers-LLC/projects-sync-capability).
