**Rebrand: rename npm packages to the new @opengsd scope** — `get-shit-done-redux` is now `@opengsd/get-shit-done-redux` and `@gsd-redux/sdk` is now `@opengsd/gsd-sdk`; both packages publish at version **1.0.0** (major bump). CLI binary names (`get-shit-done-redux`, `gsd-sdk`, `gsd-tools`) are unchanged. Update install commands from `npm install -g get-shit-done-redux` to `npm install -g @opengsd/get-shit-done-redux`.
