Mechanical rename produced by scripts/msd-rename.cjs: gsd/Gsd/GSD -> msd/Msd/MSD across contents and paths, upstream package/repo coordinates -> @golem15/msd-core and golem15com/msd-core. Deep links into upstream history, sibling upstream packages, the GSD-2 import feature, CHANGELOG.md and .changeset/ are kept as-is. Hand edits on top: MSD block-letter banner and logos, LICENSE copyright line, package/plugin identity, regenerated lockfile, install-tree fixtures, derived registries and benchmark baseline; migration checksum baseline re-locked (MSD keeps its own install state, so no install had applied the old sums); sort-order and regex-escaped expectations in tests adjusted.

Flow: Skill("msd-plan-phase") → Agent→Skill("msd-review") → check unresolved HIGH + actionable non-HIGH → Skill("msd-plan-phase --reviews") → Agent→Skill("msd-review") → ... → Converge or escalate
Replaces msd-plan-phase's internal msd-plan-checker with external AI reviewers (codex, claude, etc.). Plan-phase runs inline (bare Skill at depth 0) so it can spawn msd-planner/msd-plan-checker at depth 1. Review runs inside an isolated Agent (msd-review is a Bash leaf — no sub-agents needed). Orchestrator only does loop control.
Orchestrator role: Parse arguments, validate phase, run plan-phase inline (Skill at depth 0), spawn an Agent for msd-review, check unresolved HIGH and actionable non-HIGH counts, stall detection, escalation gate.

<runtime_note>
Copilot (VS Code): Use vscode_askquestions wherever this workflow calls AskUserQuestion. They are equivalent — vscode_askquestions is the VS Code Copilot implementation of the same interactive question API. Do not skip questioning steps because AskUserQuestion appears unavailable; use vscode_askquestions instead.

Feature gate: This command requires workflow.plan_review_convergence=true. Enable with:
msd config-set workflow.plan_review_convergence true. A dispatch carrying --override-gate —
how /msd:autonomous --converge invokes this workflow (#4600) — bypasses the gate for that run.
