- Fix mode: "code-first"/"plan-first"/"hybrid" → "interactive"/"yolo"
  (verified against templates/config.json and workflows/new-project.md)
- Fix discuss_mode: "auto"/"analyze" → "assumptions"
  (verified against workflows/settings.md line 188)
- Add regression tests asserting correct values and rejecting stale ones
