* fix(#381): make gsd_run launcher reachable in fresh-shell-per-block runtimes On runtimes that execute each fenced bash block in a separate shell process (e.g. Claude Code — documented behavior: each Bash command is a separate process; inline shell functions and exported vars do not persist between calls), the once-per-file gsd_run() function was undefined in every block after the preamble block, and the call was swallowed by `2>/dev/null || echo "{}"` into silent empty state. Fix (budget-neutral session-level resolution): - Ship gsd-core/bin/gsd_run, a POSIX sh wrapper that symlink-resolves its own location and execs the co-located gsd-tools.cjs. Exposed on PATH via the npm `bin` field (global installs) and shipped to local installs via the recursive gsd-core/ copy. - The per-file launcher preamble now appends `export PATH='<bindir>':"$PATH"` to the file named by $CLAUDE_ENV_FILE (Claude Code's documented env-persistence mechanism) so later fresh-shell blocks resolve gsd_run from PATH. Guarded as a strict no-op when CLAUDE_ENV_FILE is unset; the inline gsd_run() definition remains the fallback for all other runtimes. The single-quoted dir neutralizes shell metacharacters at source time. - Propagated via scripts/sync-runtime-launcher.cjs to all launcher-using files. - XL workflow byte budget 93000 -> 93200 (the ~130B clause pushes plan-phase.md to 93135; legitimate content growth, ratchet-up per #717). Regression tests (I)/(J) in runtime-launcher-parity.test.cjs cover wrapper delegation and end-to-end PATH persistence (sourcing the env file with a space-bearing install path). Known limitation: an install path containing a literal single-quote yields a malformed env-file line and falls back to the status quo (no regression); rare on sanitized home directories. The env-file content assertions (the fix's actual cross-platform logic) still run on every platform; only the final source-and-execute sub-step is gated to non-win32. Global installs on Windows are covered by npm's generated bin shim. Present each unprocessed sketch in ascending order. For each sketch, show:
- Sketch number and name
- Design question: from frontmatter
- Winner: which variant was selected (if any)
- Tags: from frontmatter
- Key decisions: summarize what was decided visually
Then ask the user:
╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ ║ CHECKPOINT: Decision Required ║ ╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝
Sketch {NNN}: {name} — Winner: Variant {X}
{key design decisions summary}
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── → Include / Exclude / Partial / Let me look at it ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
If "Let me look at it":
- Provide:
open .planning/sketches/NNN-name/index.html - Remind them which variant won and what to look for
- After they've looked, return to the include/exclude/partial decision
If "Partial": Ask what specifically to include or exclude from this sketch's decisions.
## Auto-Group by Design AreaAfter all sketches are curated:
- Read all included sketches' tags, names, and content
- Propose design-area groupings, e.g.:
- "Layout & Navigation — sketches 001, 004"
- "Form Controls — sketches 002, 005"
- "Color & Typography — sketches 003"
- Present the grouping for approval — user may merge, split, rename, or rearrange
Each group becomes one reference file in the generated skill.
## Determine Output Skill NameDerive from the project directory name: ./.claude/skills/sketch-findings-[project-dir-name]/
If a skill already exists at that path (append mode), update in place.
## Copy Source FilesFor each included sketch:
- Copy the winning variant's HTML file (or the full index.html with all variants) into
sources/NNN-sketch-name/ - Copy the winning theme.css into
sources/themes/ - Exclude node_modules, build artifacts, .DS_Store
For each design-area group, write a reference file at references/[design-area-name].md:
# [Design Area Name]
## Design Decisions
[For each validated decision: what was chosen, why it won over alternatives, the key visual properties (colors, spacing, border radius, typography)]
## CSS Patterns
[Key CSS snippets from winning variants — layout structures, component patterns, animation patterns. Extracted and cleaned up for reference.]
## HTML Structures
[Key HTML patterns from winning variants — page layout, component markup, navigation structures.]
## What to Avoid
[Design directions that were tried and rejected. Why they didn't work.]
## Origin
Synthesized from sketches: NNN, NNN
Source files available in: sources/NNN-sketch-name/

Add an auto-load routing line:
- **Sketch findings for [project]** (design decisions, CSS patterns, visual direction) → `Skill("sketch-findings-[project-dir-name]")`
If this routing line already exists (append mode), leave it as-is.
Commit all artifacts (if `COMMIT_DOCS` is true):gsd_run query commit "docs(sketch-wrap-up): package [N] sketch findings into project skill" --files .planning/sketches/WRAP-UP-SUMMARY.md
