Lex Christopherson 2b797ed4b8 fix(verify-work): add checkpoint box with clear action prompt ...

Closes #106 - Users didn't know what to type when presented with
test expectations. Now uses GSD checkpoint box format with explicit
"Type 'pass' or describe what's wrong" instruction.
