Each research agent (stack, features, architecture, pitfalls) writes directly to .planning/research/. Orchestrator only writes SUMMARY.md after reading all agent outputs. Benefits: - Parallel writes (no aggregation bottleneck) - Simpler orchestrator (just spawns and synthesizes) - Better isolation (failed agent doesn't lose others' work) - Leaner context (orchestrator doesn't hold 4 full docs)
