Jakub Zych a9a7a328e6 refactor: hard-fork GSD -> MSD (Make Software Done)
Mechanical rename produced by scripts/msd-rename.cjs: gsd/Gsd/GSD -> msd/Msd/MSD
across contents and paths, upstream package/repo coordinates -> @golem15/msd-core
and golem15com/msd-core. Deep links into upstream history, sibling upstream
packages, the GSD-2 import feature, CHANGELOG.md and .changeset/ are kept as-is.

Hand edits on top: MSD block-letter banner and logos, LICENSE copyright line,
package/plugin identity, regenerated lockfile, install-tree fixtures, derived
registries and benchmark baseline; migration checksum baseline re-locked
(MSD keeps its own install state, so no install had applied the old sums);
sort-order and regex-escaped expectations in tests adjusted.

/**
* Table-schema drift lint (ADR-2143 §3 Generative-Fix-Divergence guard, §7
* "prohibition with teeth", epic #2143, Phase 4).
*
* scripts/lint-table-schema-drift.cjs is the standalone lint (wired into
* `lint:ci`) that fails the moment a `TABLE_SCHEMAS` variant's header drifts
* from the one template/workflow file that emits it — the durable fix for
* #2137 / #2133 / #2119 (reader and writer disagreeing on a table's shape).
* These tests exercise its pure `findTableSchemaDrift()` with a synthetic
* drifted schema (fail-first) and confirm the live repo passes `scanRepo()`.
*
* Also locks in the ADR-2143 §7 zero-orphaned-marker invariant: no literal
* "pending #1372" / "pending #2143" marker remains anywhere in src/ (Phase 4
* asserts zero of either, so a future author cannot silently re-introduce an
* un-burned-down deferral marker).
