docs: images, News, IndexNow, HTML sitemap and MCP in README

Browse Source 
- routes, buckets, the image and News sitemaps, IndexNow (key, jobs,
  answers, status), the HTML sitemap API's JSON, the management API and
  the MCP tools, the new settings tabs, identifiers and tests
- plugin.yaml regenerated for the new summary
