docs: README for the per-type sitemap format

Browse Source 
- routes, site address, lastmod rules, rebuilds, the contract package
  with a Filter example, the Listing, the settings screen, config keys
- the breaking change from v0.1 and the definitions migration
- plugin.yaml regenerated from the new summary
