title: Give oauth-identities and /api/v1/fonoteka/me a roadmap phase before cutover

priority: high

area: fonoteka.go routes / ROADMAP

After Phase 14, three manifest routes are still `pending` and no phase owns them:
- `GET /_fonoteka/api/v1/oauth-identities` and `DELETE /_fonoteka/api/v1/oauth-identities/{provider}`: social login, deferred since Phase 7 (Phase 8 CONTEXT, out of scope).
- `GET /api/v1/fonoteka/me`: Phase 8 D-20 ported a minimal version for fonoteka-mcp, but the manifest entry is still pending. Check whether the full contract is ported.
Phase 15's criterion is parity green on all routes, so these need a phase (insert 14.1 or fold them into 15) before the cutover. Decided out of scope in Phase 14 discuss (14-CONTEXT D-09).

title: Port the sitemap plugin 1:1 as sm-sitemap-plugin for the next blog project

Phase 14 dropped sitemap for Płytarium, because Nuxt builds its own sitemap with `@nuxtjs/seo` and fonoteka registers no menu item types. The next port after Płytarium is a blog project (grzybyfunkcjonalne.pl or golem15.com), and it needs `Golem15.Sitemap` 1:1.
Reference: `/media/nvme/dev/golem15/fonoteka/plugins/golem15/sitemap`. It contains the Definition model keyed by theme, DefinitionItem with the `pages.menuitem.listTypes`/`getTypeInfo` events, Settings `frontend_url` with the `<loc>`/hreflang/xsl domain rewrite, the `sitemap.xml` and `sitemap.xsl` routes, the Definitions admin controller with its form widget, and the ImportCommand. The port needs a framework equivalent of the menu-item type events so blog/pages plugins can contribute URLs. It goes in its own `sm-sitemap-plugin` repo (see `.planning/notes/core-plugins-own-repos.md`).
