Demote routine Info boot records in shared plugins to Debug through diary.For. Sweep all ../sm-*-plugin repos; keep warnings/errors. One commit per plugin repo, go vet + go test -short each. No tags, pushes or app pointer bumps.

# Plugin boot logs at Debug — summary
- sm-paymentgateway-plugin 8a88b86: `paymentgateway: operators registered` at Debug (already through diary.For("paymentgateway")).
- sm-paymentgatewaysubscriptions-plugin 1df6a26: `registries collected` moves from slog.Default().Info to a new diary.For("paymentgatewaysubscriptions") logger at Debug; README Configuration names the log component.
- Sweep: no other shared plugin logs at Info in Register/Boot. Remaining Info calls are runtime job/webhook records (journal, seo, sitemap jobs; pgstripe webhooks and subscription sync) and console command output; left as is. sm-chatbots-plugin boot warning (deny-all BotAuthResolver) kept.
- go vet and go test -short green in both repos. Not tagged, not pushed, app pointers not bumped.
