17b2ef1961 docs(14-06): Phase 14 validation signed off, requirements complete, API coverage confirmed, folded todos closed 
- 14-VALIDATION.md: per-task map 14-01-T1 to 14-06-T4, all green, the
  measured coverage, validated, Nyquist-compliant, Wave 0 complete, the
  final --all and --removal results
- REQUIREMENTS.md: INTG-02 and API-08 Complete (JOBS-02, JOBS-03, SRCH-02,
  INTG-01, CLI-05 already were)
- COVERAGE.md: every INTEGRATE row's test confirmed by --named
- fetchguard-guarded-http-client and redacting-slog-handler moved to done

1bdbdf041b docs(12-01): reword the Phase 12-14 scope and requirements 
- Phase 12 criteria 1-3 and goal: realtime/channels, owner-only share,
  cover import, re-gated search total (D-03, D-04, D-06, D-19, D-20)
- reservations and anonymous public-token views move to Phase 13
  (API-03, API-07); the Discogs cover-price route to Phase 14 (INTG-01)
- the folded lagoon-validate-min-message todo moves to done

4e05450f46 docs(11.1-05): log the scaffolder gaps found while porting the walkthrough 
- same-second migrations sort by name and can run out of order
- make:admin-controller output does not boot and names the model after
  the controller
- the DO NOT EDIT header on editable files, and commands that cannot reach
  the application

f7dfe68707 docs(11.1-04): log lagoon gaps found while writing the Database pages 
- lagoon.Validate reports numeric min failures with the max message
- the lagoon README callback example sorts after the after-commit flush,
  and the pivot Preload ordering claim does not hold

6f57604028 docs(11.1): create phase plan 
Six plans (tracer generator, site UX and checkers, content A, content B,
acme/blog walkthrough, unit tests). SC4/DOCS-04 narrowed to docs/ pages per
D-18; README Go fence conversion logged as a todo.
