- make:plugin writes plugins/<vendor>/<name> with module
<app>/plugins/<vendor>/<name>; the package name stays <name>
- make:* and the models-leaf check look in summer.yaml, then
plugins/<vendor>/<name>, then the older plugins/<name>
- summer new puts its starter plugin at plugins/golem15/<name>
- refuse a vendor directory that is a legacy plugin module and a second
copy of a plugin that already sits in plugins/<name>
- help text and docs, with an upgrading note: moving is optional
Account token POST/DELETE routes made TestPhase10Coverage expect 32 unsafe
routes; token_scopes.go is hand-authored and excluded from the scaffold pin.

- TestScaffoldLayout runs make:plugin, make:model, make:migration,
make:admin-controller and make:command for acme.blog in a copy of
examples/hello and compares the file set with docs/examples/blog
- the page lists the exact make commands, the go.mod a scaffolded plugin
gets, what the scaffolder leaves to the developer and a checklist
- scaffolding.md no longer claims same-second migrations get consecutive
timestamps; only same-name ones do
- coming-from-wintercms.md and index.md link the walkthrough
