24d9d2a401 docs(19.6): decide the OTP, WebAuthn and QR libraries 
pquerna/otp v1.5.0, go-webauthn/webauthn v0.18.2 and boombuler/barcode
v1.1.0 (QR, with the plugin's own SVG writer), imported only by
sm-mfa-plugin and gated by a blocking human package check.

756a97c181 docs(19.4): decide OIDC on wristband with golang-jwt 
- Extend the hand-written wristband with an OIDC flavour; reject zitadel/oidc v3 (D-06, D-09, D-14)
- golang-jwt/jwt/v5 v5.3.1 signs id_tokens; JWKs encoded with the standard library
- go-oidc v3.21.0 and x/oauth2 v0.37.0 test-only in sm-oauthserver-plugin
- STACK.md zitadel/oidc row marked superseded

8ce164bb0c Initial commit: SummerCMS Go planning docs and research 
Records the move from Scala to Go, the compiled-plugin decision, the
Płytarium port as the v1 target, and the Go ecosystem research that
backs the choice. No code yet.
