After Phase 14, three manifest routes are still pending and no phase owns them:

• GET /_fonoteka/api/v1/oauth-identities and DELETE /_fonoteka/api/v1/oauth-identities/{provider}: social login, deferred since Phase 7 (Phase 8 CONTEXT, out of scope).
• GET /api/v1/fonoteka/me: Phase 8 D-20 ported a minimal version for fonoteka-mcp, but the manifest entry is still pending. Check whether the full contract is ported.

Phase 15's criterion is parity green on all routes, so these need a phase (insert 14.1 or fold them into 15) before the cutover. Decided out of scope in Phase 14 discuss (14-CONTEXT D-09).
