Summary
The three previously reported defects were re-reviewed against the current working tree. Lagoon now binds nested transaction reuse to the exact parent connection and tests an unrelated transaction handle; the Phase 10 gate now proves expected skips are observed and self-tests both missing and unexpectedly passing cases; and the Phase 11 gate now includes the exact transaction-edge test plus RC-15 removal coverage.
All reviewed fixes meet quality standards. No open issues found.
