Phase 11.1 deferred items
Out-of-scope discoveries logged by executors. Each names the plan that found it.
- 11.1-02: A module README summary line that contains inline code (for example conga's
summer_jobs) becomes the page lead and meta description as plain text, so the lead shows raw backticks. The summary is taken verbatim bysplitReadme(plan 11.1-01). Either strip backticks when a summary becomes a lead, or keep summary lines free of inline code. - 11.1-02:
gofmt -llistsinternal/build/registry.go, as it did before this phase.
