chore: untrack CLAUDE.md (already in .gitignore as personal/local-only)

CLAUDE.md was committed before the .gitignore entry on line 4 took effect
(.gitignore only filters untracked files). Switching it to local-only as
intended by the existing ignore rule; file stays on disk for working
copies that already have it.
