fix(sdk): regenerate command-aliases CJS surface for phase.uat-passed (#3184)

Cycle 16 hand-edited command-aliases.generated.ts to register the
new query — but command-aliases is auto-generated and has a CJS
counterpart that must stay in sync. Running `npx tsx scripts/gen-command-aliases.ts`
from sdk/ syncs both surfaces; feat-3598 parity tests now pass.
