Resume-work now detects non-phase and legacy checkpoint handoffs — resume-project now scans .continue-here*.md across phase, spike, sketch, deliberation, planning-root, and legacy repo-root paths so /gsd:resume-work can recover the most recent checkpoint outside phase-only flows.
