**Resume-work now detects non-phase and legacy checkpoint handoffs** — `resume-project` now scans `.continue-here*.md` across phase, spike, sketch, deliberation, planning-root, and legacy repo-root paths so `/gsd:resume-work` can recover the most recent checkpoint outside phase-only flows.
