+- TestDMThrottle / TestAttachmentDownload stay in the postgres stage; the script still names TestDMThrottle.
+- 19-04 already shipped `TestHandle` in sm-user-plugin `classes/handle_generator_test.go`; Task 2 did not add `handle_test.go`.

+- **Fix:** TestGoldenEvents and TestToAPIArray construct frozen payloads and record them on MemoryDriver; TestChatTracer remains the Postgres SendMessage proof

+**Impact on plan:** Required for fail-closed short named tests. No scope creep. No D-02-only PHP tests existed to mark not-applicable; all 59+106 rows are ported.

+
+- No Wavepath recording on disk; froze PHP serializers instead and recorded `_source`.
+- sm-user-plugin remains ahead 3 behind 1 vs origin; this plan made no user-plugin commit, so push was not attempted (would be a non-fast-forward if it had been).
+- Testdata `PHP_METHOD_MAP.md` may mention PHP method names such as `test_childless_*`; those files are excluded from TestNoQuestStreamTrace.
+
