## Release (2026-10-21, after the hold)
The 19.8 session released the fix under the user's go-ahead for the v0.4.0 release (19.8-03 Task 6 reply "release v0.4.0", which delegated this decision), following `email-proof-release.md` steps 0-5. Docker gate: the probe `TestPermissionSetScan` passed in about 6 s with the NordLayer loopback rules in place.

Notes:
- sm-sociallogin-plugin's `GOWORK=off go mod tidy` also added the framework's new indirect dependencies (charm.land v2 modules and their transitive set), because its go.mod replaces the framework with `../summercms.go`, whose master carries the 19.8 console work.
- sm-sociallogin-plugin cannot be fetched over anonymous https; sm-demo-app's `go get` of v0.1.2 ran with a process-scoped `url.git@git.golem15.com:.insteadOf https://git.golem15.com/` (environment only, no config change). Machines that resolve the module with `GOWORK=off` need the same SSH access.
- sm-bm-app: `go mod tidy` would also add the framework's 19.8 indirect dependencies through its `../summercms.go` replace; it was not run, so the commit changes only the require line.
- Still open: g15office (comment on `onunbz3l`, set it to Testing, move this todo's task `sqnwn1zi` to Live) needs a session with the g15office tool; the user re-runs `/msd-verify-work 19.5`.
