## Post 1 untouched re-save (closes WINDOWS entry 17)
After the human re-saved post 1 (`10-faktow-na-temat-cordycepsu`) untouched, the orchestrator ran a read-only SELECT on UAT:
- Post 1: `updated_at` is 2026-10-10 12:02:40.245712+00, after RESTART_TS, so the save reached the database. The md5 of `content` and of `content_html` are both still `a026264105f900175b9770e637e5ec5c`, equal to the snapshot.
- Post 64 is unchanged: `0e4be845390b1656871513957d471a7c:e785e14e80f6400534e16b4769749d3c`.
D-03 is now proven on UAT for an HTML post (post 1) and for a markdown post (post 64).
