- **D-98:** **Six lean plans**, in this order: D-91 form extensions; D-92 record events + D-93 descriptors + the Journal changes; sm-seo-plugin core; redirects, normalisation, strict URLs and robots.txt; the `/_seo/api/v1` management API with MCP, batch, undo and CSV, and the demo mount; unit tests and release tags last.
- **D-99:** **robots.txt tester uses `github.com/jimsmart/grobotstxt` v1.0.3**, recorded in a decision note under `.planning/notes/` that names it.
- **D-100:** **OG image through an `seoimage` plugin field type** that uploads the file itself (UI-SPEC element E7). D-91 extensions do not own attachments.
- **D-101:** **Form extensions accept only the tab zone in Phase 32.** The `Zone` field is in the struct now; any other zone is a boot error.

### Claude's Discretion
- Where redirects execute (D-20a), HTML sitemap grouping and paging (D-34), the Journal translated-slug fix (D-58).
- Table and package names inside the plugins, and the exact Go shape of the three seams (D-91 to D-93). The seams go into the existing `pact`, `cabana` and `signpost` modules; no new framework module is planned.
