# Wyjebane License 1.0
Copyright (c) 2026 Jakub Zych
## Preamble
The author has *wyjebane w to, co z tym zrobisz*.
For readers unfamiliar with the Polish vernacular: this is an idiom of
profound, almost meditative indifference. It is stronger than "I don't mind."
It is stronger than "do as you wish." It conveys that the author has
deliberately, consciously, and with full presence of mind decided that the
fate of this software is none of their concern. Whatever you do with it —
whether you ship it, fork it, study it, mock it, sell it, set it on fire,
print it on a t-shirt, feed it to a language model, or quietly forget it
ever existed — the author remains, in their soul, completely *wyjebane*.
This license formalizes that posture in a manner suitable for jurisdictions
that prefer their indifference written down.
## Terms
1. **Permission.** You are hereby granted permission to do absolutely
whatever you want with this software, its source code, its
documentation, and any derivative works thereof. Use it, copy it, modify
it, merge it, publish it, distribute it, sublicense it, sell it, or
incorporate it into a product that does the opposite of what was
intended. The author has *wyjebane*.
2. **Attribution.** Attribution is appreciated but not required. If you
credit the author, that's nice. If you don't, that's also nice. The
author will not notice either way, because — see above — they have
*wyjebane*.
3. **Modification.** You may modify the software in any manner you see fit,
including changes the author would personally find aesthetically
offensive. The author reserves no right to object, because objecting
would imply caring, and the author does not care.
4. **Redistribution.** Redistribute freely, with or without modification,
in source or binary form, under this license or any other license,
including ones that contradict this one. The author trusts the legal
system to sort out any resulting paradoxes without their involvement.
5. **Commercial use.** Sell it. Don't sell it. Build a unicorn startup on
top of it and never speak the author's name. This is fine. The author
will continue to be *wyjebane*.
6. **No obligations of any kind.** You are not obligated to share
improvements, report bugs, file issues, open pull requests, send thank-
you notes, or acknowledge the software's existence. Conversely, the
author is not obligated to accept contributions, respond to messages,
maintain the software, fix anything, or keep it online. Mutual
*wyjebanie* is the default state of this relationship.
7. **No warranty.** The software is provided "as is", without warranty of
any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
noninfringement. In no event shall the author be liable for any claim,
damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or
otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or
the use or other dealings in the software. The author had *wyjebane*
when they wrote it and continues to have *wyjebane* about its
consequences.
8. **License compatibility.** This license is intended to be compatible
with everything. If you find a license it conflicts with, the author
suggests resolving the conflict in whatever direction is most
convenient for you. The author will not be participating in the
resolution.
9. **Termination.** This license cannot be terminated, revoked, rescinded,
or withdrawn by the author, because doing so would require the author
to care, and the author does not.
10. **Governing principle.** In any matter not explicitly covered by this
license, the governing principle is the foundational doctrine: the
author has *wyjebane w to, co z tym zrobisz*. Apply this principle
liberally and in good faith.
## Closing
By using this software you acknowledge that you have read this license,
understood its central thesis, and accept that the author's indifference
is sincere, durable, and non-negotiable.
Go in peace. Or don't. *Wyjebane.*
